At the start of the sequence we see a moving image in the background that is shown to be really dark. We can mostly see dark colours ( mostly black in colour) , and it is seem to be really effective on showing the bright red titles , this makes them stand out and look more visible.
We also hear a characters voice in the background , narrating the backstory of the movie which makes the whole sequence even more better as it gives an idea about what's going to happen next throughout. It informs the audience about the history behind the character which allows them to understand more about the movie.
The idea of Blade mentioning vampires , and the sequence having dark colour gives an idea about the movies genre (sci-fi). He also has a very tempting voice which also brings the audience towards to watch the movie.
