Shot to be refilmed (by Coleman)
This worms eye feet tracking shot of Coleman was too shaky as a fig rig was not used. When we reshoot we will use a fig rig to steady the camera to result in a more stable outcome.
In this close up of Coleman's phone the wrong focal point was selected by the camera and we did not realize this mistake until we reviewed out footage. When we reshoot we will ensure the focus is on the phone not the leaves behind it.
Here we attempted to use a pan shot of Rugile on a train platform but we did not use a tripod to do so, our outcome was not a smooth pan. To correct this on our reshoot we will use a tripod instead of handheld to get this shot.
In this shot Rugile is not visible enough for our audience to recognise that this is a character in our opening sequence, so when we reshoot we will position the camera closer to Rugile in oder to notice her presence.
Rough Cut Feedback (Rugile Oraite)
We previewed an unfinished version of our production Running From. Our rough cut was a short sequence of where we are up to so far and this is some of the feedback we received:
1) The topic and and message of this film is very clear and a story is beginning to build up in the audience's minds.
2) Some shots in our sequence had poor camera control as we either did not have a fig rig or tripod on the different days of shooting. NEED TO RESHOOT.
3) The song we used really matched the atmosphere of the title sequence. However, we need to work on where we begin playing it.
4) To make the message of how the characters are going to cross paths eventually even more clear, we need to make sure that in the shots where they are walking, they walk into opposite directions.
5) Our mise-en-scene was really good.

Blogging Health check 2
This is the feedback and grade I received from the second blogging health check. I did better than last time and am proud of that because i tried to push my grade up and managed to succeed. I still have some improvements to make on my personal blog and am going to do that by the next deadline.
December 11th Filming (Rugile Oraite)
December 11th Filming
Tunnel Shot
We only got one quick video during our filming session on Sunday 11th. This is mainly because we didn't take that long this time. Unfortunately, Jayden couldn't be at this filming session due to his grandma being sick. This wasn't a problem and we completely understood why he couldn't come. Also, this day we used Coleman's friends house to shoot a couple shots of the beginning and then he ended up coming with us to help out with the lighting (much appreciated). We were shooting at Canary Wharf again and this time we were actually approached by a security guard. But everything was okay, because we just showed him our Student ID card and he had no problem with that. As far as we know right now, this is all the filming we currently need, and this was a nice way to wrap.

Fans
Our first day filming in Canary Wharf was really fun, whilst walking to one of our filming destinations we actually got approached by a drunk guy and had a funny encounter.
Lit Benches
During filming that same day, we discovered this little spot with the light up benches and just thought it was really cool. We experimented and attempted to get a shot of them but we found it just didn't really fit with the atmosphere of our production.
Still Shot
Just a quick snap of Coleman setting up a still shot when we didn't have a tripod.
This day was very successful because we got many good shots that we needed and did not come to any trouble for filming in Canary Wharf. We are well aware of the conditions that you must meet in order to film at Canary Wharf. We made sure that we were within our rights.
Blogging Health Check 2 Feedback
We just got our blogging health check 2 back in relation to all of your research section of our planning.
I received 15 marks out of 21 a grade I am happy with, but know could be better.

Audition tapes for Running From production (by Coleman)
For our Male teenage character we decided to pick Coleman because of his good performance in shutting the door hard. As Jayden could not slam the door as hard as Coleman.
For our Mother character which only role is one muffled shouting part went to Ugne for her ability to project her voice well to be picked up and recorded by the camera. And her statement was stronger that Rugile's statement.
We also held other auditions for our two remaining character parts, that of our female teenage character and father character. But they could sadly not be recorded. The roles where established that Rugile would play the female teen and Colemans dad's voice would be recorded to play the father.
Pitch Feedback (Rugile Oraite)
This is the second half of our recorded pitch feedback. Through multiple tries, we are still unable to upload the first half due to technical difficulties. However, all that was missed from the first half is positive feedback about our presentation skills. For improvements, we needed to narrow down our target audience.
Pitch Evaluation (Rugile Oraite)
P.S This is posted before the actual feedback of The Pitch presentation due to some technical difficulties.
Group initial ideas
In this short clip we run through our initial ideas and choice of genre.
One of our group members could not make it into this video but Ugne was still a part of your initial ideas and choice of genre.
